Since founding RTD Insights, Ramin has worked with companies throughout the maturity lifecycle (ranging from $0M to $70M in revenue), serving as a value-added team member across finance, operations, and go-to-market functions.

For clients, Ramin has successfully created and implemented:

• Financial, operational, and go-to-market reporting dashboards and tools

• Budgets and rolling forecasts 

• Key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics monitoring

• Partnership (e.g. value-added reseller agreements) programs and contract management

• Technology stack consultation and project management / workflow design of systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, general ledger, benefits administration, data analytics and reporting)

• Financial statement creation, restatement, and GAAP compliance

 

Ramin is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Venminder. Previously, Ramin worked as an investment banker at William Blair & Company's Technology Group in Chicago, leading execution and completion of 16 M&A and capital advisory engagements. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois and has extensive experience working with public and private growth companies, focused primarily on technology, software, professional services, and consumer-based businesses.
